Zuna Adventures ~ Charter Policies
Booking & Payment
All charters require a 50% deposit to secure your date.
Remaining balance due 48 hours before your trip.
Bookings are confirmed only after deposit payment.
Payment accepted via credit card, e-transfer, or online booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customer cancellations: Must be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund of the deposit.
Late cancellations or no-shows: Deposit is non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Available due to customer conflicts or weather conditions.
Company cancellations (weather/safety): Full refunds or reschedules provided.
Weather & Safety
Safety is our top priority; trips may be postponed or altered for high winds, rough seas, or unsafe conditions.
Captain may adjust trip route or return early to ensure safety.
Guests are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing (layers, rain gear, hat, sunscreen).
Fishing Regulations
All charters follow BC Fisheries regulations.
Catch limits and sizes are strictly enforced.
Guests must have personal fishing licenses unless included in the charter.
Catch-and-release is encouraged for non-target or undersized fish.
Health & Liability
Guests participate at their own risk.
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Life jackets are provided and must be worn when required by the captain.
Included & Not Included
Included: rods, reels, tackle, bait, safety gear, fish cleaning, and bagging.
Not included: personal fishing licenses (unless specified), gratuities, snacks, or drinks (we can arrange bagged lunches upon request ~ highly recommeded).
Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken for marketing purposes.
Guests may opt out by notifying the captain before the trip.
